Occupational Therapist
Mallory Carson received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from York University and Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University. She is currently registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Mallory has been working with children for over 20 years, with a focus on: fine motor difficulties, gross motor difficulties, visual motor integration, sensory processing disorder, self regulation difficulties, feeding difficulties, and behavioural difficulties
Mallory has extensive experience working with children from infancy to 18 years. She has worked in, in-home, school, and summer camp environments.
Mallory understands children from all aspects of their development, and encourages growth through gentle guidance. She believes that therapy should focus on a child’s strengths, while building upon their areas of need. Mallory achieves this by creating a fun and entertaining environment, this leads to positive results with the children whom she works with.
